The Buccini/Pollin Group, along with affiliates ResideBPG and BPG|360, held our 4th annual BPG Cares School Supply & Hygiene Drive in August to collect much-needed items for local students in need as they transition back to in-person learning.
Thanks to the kindness of our associates, residents, and office tenants, BPG was able to donate over 12 bins filled to the brim with supplies and facilitate about $1,600 in monetary contributions directly to Network Connect. Network Connect is a local non-profit committed to improving the coordination of youth serving organizations by building effective partnerships for youth, families, communities, and organizations in Wilmington. Network Connect will distribute the donations to those student’s most in need in our community, through free events like the upcoming New Castle Day and South Bridge Youth Sports Day.
The supplies were collected at 13 of our residential and office properties in Wilmington. In the wake of Hurricane Ida, these donations could not be more appreciated! They will help ensure that Wilmington’s students are fully equipped to succeed all year long.
