Buccini Pollin Group associates recently gathered for the company’s Annual Town Hall to celebrate achievements from the past year. The event featured updates on investments, partnerships, and projects shaping the future of the organization and the communities it serves.

Over the past year, BPG leased more than 221,000 square feet of office and commercial space. The leasing volume reflects strong demand for high-quality workplaces and confidence in Wilmington’s business community. The company also expanded its footprint through the acquisition of Bellevue Park Corporate Center. The purchase includes more than $1.1 million in improvements designed to enhance the experience of tenants, employees, and visitors.

Investments in Market West continue to transform the district through new amenities and experiences. Recent additions include Market West Coffee Bar, Market West Golf & Tennis Club, and the reimagined Market West Fitness. Together, these amenities are helping shape an environment centered around convenience, wellness, and community.

The Town Hall also highlighted the growth of BPG’s residential platform through a new partnership with 9th Street Development Company. The partnership adds 12 downtown Wilmington properties and 72 apartment homes to the BPG portfolio. The addition brings the total number of residential units under management by ResideBPG to 7,215, further strengthening the company’s presence and long-term investment in the region.

Looking ahead, BPG’s development pipeline remains strong. Residential communities including The Standard Phase 3, Rowhaus, Aurora Place, and The Asters are expected to deliver hundreds of new housing opportunities alongside additional mixed-use developments and investments throughout the portfolio.

Beyond real estate, BPG Sports continues to expand opportunities for athletes and families throughout the region through new facilities, partnerships, and programming. The organization has helped athletes secure more than $450,000 in scholarships and hosted more than 30 community events.

The event also provided an opportunity to recognize the accomplishments of BPG associates and leadership. Mike Hare received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce, while Michele Garcia earned a STEP Platinum Safety Award. BPG founders Rob Buccini and Chris Buccini earned Delaware Business Times’ 2026 CEO of the Year honors.

Associates gathered at Makers Alley, after Town Hall for a well-deserved happy hour and a chance to celebrate all of the victories.
