Rowhaus is a $56.5 million residential development that will bring 164 luxury apartment units to Wilmington’s Riverfront District. Philadelphia architecture firm DIGSAU designed the new 7-story, 162,000 SF community. Rowhaus will consist of studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom apartments ranging from 600 to 1,100 square feet.

Rowhaus will continue the decades long effort by Buccini Pollin Group to transform the Riverfront into a vibrant destination to live, work, and visit.
Rowhaus is expected to be complete in Summer 2026 and create over 210 construction jobs throughout its build, which is managed by BPGS Construction. ResideBPG will handle leasing and property management.
