Associates Make an Impact During 2025 Annual Day of Service

Each year, Buccini Pollin Group associates dedicate a day to giving back to the communities where we live and work through our Annual Day of Service. This tradition reflects our commitment to social responsibility and community engagement, offering employees the chance to make a meaningful impact while strengthening relationships across teams.

This year, associates volunteered at several local organizations, including Faithful Friends, Boys & Girls Club, Neighborhood House, Friendship House, Humane Animal Partners, the City of Wilmington Parks Department, and the Food Bank of Delaware. Activities ranged from spreading mulch and painting to landscaping, organizing donated clothing, and building colony cat houses. These hands-on projects allowed associates to support important causes while actively contributing to the well-being of our community.

Many participants noted that the experience provided insight into organizations they had not previously connected with. They valued the opportunity to learn more about local needs and appreciated working alongside colleagues from different departments. The day reinforced team collaboration and showcased the power of collective effort, strengthening both internal relationships and community bonds.
