On October 16, 2026, Buccini Pollin Group Associates participated in the company’s 2026 Annual Day of Service. Associates spent the day volunteering at local organizations, supporting community programs, maintaining shared spaces, and assisting residents throughout the area.
Volunteer teams worked with community partners including Faithful Friends, Brandywine Zoo, Fletcher Brown Boys & Girls Clubs, St Patrick’s Center, and the City of Wilmington Parks Department, among others.
Associates completed hands-on projects tailored to each organization’s current needs. At Faithful Friends in New Castle, Delaware, volunteers built 80 colony cat houses. Colony cat houses are a cost-effective way to provide shelter for multiple stray cats at once. The shelters can also be easily distributed to residents throughout the area to help care for neighborhood strays.
In Wilmington, associates painted walls at Neighborhood House. Neighborhood House is a nonprofit that supports local families through youth programs, childhood education, housing counseling, and emergency hardship assistance. Other volunteers distributed groceries, sorted clothing donations, broke down recycling, deep-cleaned, spread mulch on playgrounds, trimmed bushes, and performed general facility maintenance at community partner locations throughout the Greater Wilmington Area.
Community involvement is part of BPG’s broader commitment to Wilmington and the surrounding area. Through BPG Cares, BPG gives back in ways that extend beyond real estate development. The company is proud to support local organizations through its Annual Day of Service and year-round initiatives, including BPGU, the BPG Cares Annual School Supply Drive, the BPG Cares Annual Food Drive.
