Celebrating Associate Appreciation Month at BPG

March was all about celebrating what truly drives Buccini Pollin Group forward—our associates. To show our gratitude, our Culture Club organized Associate Appreciation Month. It was a month filled with fun, recognition, and connection. Each event gave us a chance to reflect on the energy, passion, and excellence our teams bring every day.

A Month of Meaningful Moments

We kicked things off by spotlighting one another’s successes. Associates submitted virtual compliments all month, creating a wave of positivity across departments. These thoughtful messages reminded us how powerful simple recognition can be.

Next, our St. Patrick’s Day Virtual Bingo brought laughter and a bit of luck to the workweek. Winners took home fun prizes, and everyone left smiling.

To celebrate MLB Opening Weekend, we hosted a catered event with classic ballpark snacks. Associates from both BPG and other Market West businesses came together to enjoy food and good conversation. It was the perfect reason to step away from our desks and share some casual time together.

A Strong Finish to Associate Appreciation Month

The culmination of the month was Associate Appreciation Day at Wilma’s. The celebration featured a bowling competition and Happy Hour, complete with delicious food, cocktails, and plenty of team bonding. Winners of the bowling competition took home exclusive prizes. The event also included a raffle with company-branded items like bookbags, socks, blankets, and more.
