One of the most recognizable buildings in Downtown Wilmington that includes the iconic hotel, office space, residential housing, retail space, and the historical Playhouse theater. The original materials, like timeless marble and intricate crown molding, have been preserved and repurposed throughout the community to honor the rich heritage of this building. The residential space and hotel are currently under development.
