The $56.5 million Justison Landing Parcel 1 Residential development will bring 164 luxury apartment units to Wilmington’s Riverfront District. Philadelphia architecture firm DIGSAU designed the new 7-story, 162,000 SF community. The new community will consist of studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom apartments ranging from 600 to 1,100 square feet.
Justison Landing Parcel 1 Residential will feature state-of-the-art amenities. Highlights include a private pool and courtyard with grilling station, a rooftop terrace with outdoor dining, a communal kitchen, resident lounge, fitness center, coworking spaces, a billiards room, and bike storage. Unit interiors are set to boast high-end finishes such as quartz countertops, wood-tone flooring, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, and large windows to provide ample light and riverfront views.
The new multifamily community will continue the decades long effort by Buccini Pollin Group to transform the Riverfront into a vibrant destination to live, work, and visit.
The Justison Landing community is expected to be complete in Summer 2026 and create over 210 construction jobs throughout its build, which is managed by BPGS Construction. ResideBPG will handle leasing and property management.
