As BPG celebrates their 25th anniversary, we asked our associates what the major milestone means to them. Here is what Anita Neubauer, Treasury Management Officer had to say:

How long have you worked at BPG?

13 years

What do you feel is the biggest difference between BPG when you first started and BPG today?

What is most evident is the size of our company, but at its core BPG still has a family feel that connects us.

What was one of your most meaningful moments at work?

One of my most meaningful moments was volunteering at The Ronald McDonald House for our Day of Service. Taking time away from the office and giving back to those in need, you can’t help but be touched by the experience. I think we all walked away with a sense of comradery and The Ronald McDonald House received some much-needed help. It was a win-win.

How has working for BPG made you a better person?

BPG has instilled a mentality that we are the best at what we do which gives me the confidence to accomplish anything I set my mind to.

How do you feel BPG is following their mission and transforming the communities we serve?

BPG is not only selecting projects from a financial standpoint but from the beneficial impact they will have on the city and its communities. We are creating job opportunities, beautifying the city and cultivating a sense of pride for those who live here now and hopefully generations to come.

What does BPG’s 25th anniversary mean to you?

It means celebrating each and everyone’s hard work and dedication in making BPG a success and looking forward to what is yet to come!
