Giovanni is a Commercial Maintenance Technician at Bellevue Corporate Center and Delaware Corporate Center. Giovanni is always the first to arrive on site and last to leave. He is always available when needed for after-hours work or emergency calls even when not officially on call. Giovanni is quick to jump in to take the lead on a project or task, assist his colleagues and tenants of his properties, and he receives many accolades from the tenants for his professional demeanor and customer service. He is also willing to assist when properties outside of his normal day-to-day need an extra set of hands.
Giovanni possesses a strong work ethic. No task is beneath him he addresses all jobs with the same energy and work ethic, ensuring to compete a job correctly and efficiently. He is never afraid to stop and ask a question to be able to correctly complete a job or to learn how to complete the job beforehand. Giovanni is an excellent example of our Core Values and we are proud to have him on the team!
