Dozens of downtown Wilmington residents bought Starbucks coffee on Sunday in a concerted show of support for one of the few Market Street businesses open seven days a week.
“The whole thing is to give Starbucks a reason to stay open on Sundays and attract other businesses,” said Will Minster, director of Business Development for Downtown Visions.
