“F.N.B. Corp. hasn’t yet moved into its new corporate headquarters, FNB Financial Center, but it has just taken another three floors, or 60,000 square feet, earmarked for office and amenity space for its employees. F.N.B. also revealed plans for a ground floor café and said it has options to add more space to accommodate continued growth….

Construction of the 26-story FNB Financial Center began in September 2021 and was topped with F.N.B.’s sign last October. It has been among the largest construction projects in the region during this time, costing about $230 million, built in a partnership among public and private entities, community organizations, F.N.B. and the Pittsburgh Penguins and its development partner, Buccini Pollin Group.”
