The Canopy by Hilton Pearl Distric hotel at Northwest Ninth Avenue and Glisan Street was topped out last month. Bremik Construction is building the ZGF Architects-designed hotel for Delaware-based developer the Buccini/Pollin Group.
The building rises ten stories above grade, and will include a rooftop exercise room and eco-roof. A two-story winter garden will be built at the basement and ground floors. The ground floor will contain the lobby and a bar/restaurant, and the upper floors will each have 17 guest suites.
