On February 1st and 2nd, leaders from sister companies, PM Hotel Group and The Buccini/Pollin Group (BPG) gathered at the historic HOTEL DU PONT for a conference designed to enlighten and develop the entire company by instilling new procedures through educating and inspiring the organization’s leaders and managers.
Every year, The Buccini/Pollin Group follows a specific theme. This year’s theme, Transforming our Business and Developing our Associates is focused on creating change by resetting the company’s methods and procedures and creating a more proactive approach to their work and environment.
The conference consisted of group break out sessions, inspirational speakers, the unveiling of BPG | 360, a volunteer activity for Emma’s Art Boxes and leadership speeches by Chris and Rob Buccini and Dave Pollin, Co-Presidents of The Buccini/Pollin Group.
Following BPG’s mission to have fun along the way, Thursday night, conference participants enjoyed an associate musical performance by Ken Kearns and the nationally recognized Trey Anastasio at Live Nation’s The Queen along with bar hopping along Market Street.
