On March 2nd, The BPG Experience presented Are You Keeping a Healthy Heart, a lunch and learn showcasing ways associates can impact their heart health. The presentation was moderated by Timothy Gardner, M.D. Medical Director, Center for Heart & Vascular at Christiana Care. Associates learned the risks and how they can take steps today to keep a healthy heart. Dr. Gardner also spoke about the differences of women’s heart health.
