Amanda Spaziani
Human ResourcesHR GeneralistAmanda Spaziani is our HR Generalist at Buccini Pollin Group. She is responsible for leave of absence administration, benefits, employee relations, talent attraction and HRIS management. With a strong focus on employee support, compliance, and process optimization, she ensures seamless coordination between HR and employee needs.
Prior to joining BPG, Amanda has over ten years of experience in many HR roles across various industries including finance, retail, broadcasting, and casino operations.
Amanda received her B.S. in Exercise Sports Science and Business from East Carolina University.
Sam Kies
Asset ManagementAsset ManagerSam Kies is an Asset Manager at Buccini Pollin Group, overseeing the financial and operational performance of commercial assets. His work includes managing property financials, lender relationships, and the annual budgeting process.
Prior to joining BPG, Sam worked in Financial Planning & Analysis at Link Logistics Real Estate, where he managed the construction and leasing financials for a 500M+ square foot industrial portfolio. Earlier in his career, he held operations roles at Goldman Sachs and E*TRADE.
Sam earned his B.A. in History from Haverford College.
Eileen Gex
Development & AcquisitionsInvestment AnalystEileen Gex is an Investment Analysist for Buccini Pollin Group. Her responsibilities include researching acquisition and recapitalization opportunities, underwriting, conducting market analysis, and assisting in the due diligence and closing process.
Prior to her full time position at BPG, Eileen interned with affiliate companies BPGS Construction and Christina River Exchange.
Eileen received a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and a Master's in International Business from The University of Delaware.
Tyler Kays
AccountingProperty ControllerTyler Kays is the property controller for Buccini Pollin Group. He oversees the team of property accountants for the Commercial and Residential portfolios and is responsible for monthly financial reporting, cash forecasts, and account reconciliations. Tyler works with auditors and external tax preparers to ensure that our year-end process is completed accurately and on-schedule.
Tyler worked as a staff accountant at BPG for four years before transitioning to a property accountant in 2020.
Tyler graduated with a Bachelor's in Science in Accounting and Finance from Villanova University.
Lorraine Serva
Human ResourcesVice PresidentLorraine Serva is the Vice President of Human Resources for Buccini Pollin Group. Her team is responsible for employee engagement, total rewards (benefits), talent attraction and acquisition, instructional design, training and development, safety, and employee relations.
Prior to joining BPG, Lorraine served as Chief People Officer for a digital supply chain company. Before that, she led Human Resources for Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurants for 11 years, where she was presented over 25 awards of excellence from external organizations in everything from safety to trianing to employee engagement. Her teams at at SDI and Iron Hill each won the Delaware Valley Human Resources Department of the Year. In her career, she has led Human Resources for a hotel company, a high-tech IT company, and a construction company.
Lorraine has an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Syracuse Unitversity and a BA in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Massachussetts. She has multiple certifications including SHRM SCP, SPHR, and CPSP. Lorraine volunteers as a mediator for the Delaware Center for Justice.
Dominic Pilla
Sports ManagementDirector of OperationsDominic Pilla is the Director of Operations for BPG|Sports. He oversees the day-to-day management of the Chase Fieldhouse and Kirkwood Sports Complex to ensure efficient and effective business operations. His role involves optimizing performance, streamlining processes, implementing strategic initiatives, and coordinating across departments to meet organizational goals and drive long-term growth.
Prior to joining BPG|Sports, Dominic managed a baseball facility, where he gained hands-on experience in facility operations, programming, and customer engagement. This role helped lay the foundation for his leadership approach and operational mindset.
Dominic earned his bachelor’s degree from West Chester University.
