Dominic Pilla is the Director of Operations for BPG|Sports. He oversees the day-to-day management of the Chase Fieldhouse and Kirkwood Sports Complex to ensure efficient and effective business operations. His role involves optimizing performance, streamlining processes, implementing strategic initiatives, and coordinating across departments to meet organizational goals and drive long-term growth.

Prior to joining BPG|Sports, Dominic managed a baseball facility, where he gained hands-on experience in facility operations, programming, and customer engagement. This role helped lay the foundation for his leadership approach and operational mindset.

Dominic earned his bachelor’s degree from West Chester University.
