As a member of the BPG|360 team, Fred Reigel handles all the daily responsibilities at Swedesford Park, a 4-building, 254,000 SF office park. Fred is frequently onsite long before his shift begins, and he has even checked the buildings on weekends on his own time. His response time on work orders is almost immediate, and his property tours are comprehensive.
A recent example of Fred’s dedication is that during the historically heavy rains, Fred arrived early and used his intimate knowledge of the buildings to keep everything safe and dry.
Fred was instrumental in keeping tenant satisfaction at an extremely high level during the near-total renovation of all the Swedesford buildings – during a pandemic!
Fred is someone you can always count on because he takes his job very personally. He feels that his assignments are an extension of his home. His team knows they can always count on Fred.
