PITTSBURGH, PA – February 3, 2026 – FNB Financial Center, the striking 26-story headquarters of F.N.B. Corporation that has redefined Pittsburgh’s skyline, today announced that the Pittsburgh office of award-winning architect, Gensler, will be joining the esteemed roster of tenants. The global architecture, design, and planning firm’s local team is expected to move into its new space in Q3 2026, occupying 4,448 square feet on the 18th floor alongside professional services firm BDO.
Gensler, which has 56 locations and a global reputation for excellence, was the lead designer for the project. The design created a LEED Gold certified building that stands as the first multi-tenant office tower built in downtown Pittsburgh in four decades and a cornerstone of the Lower Hill District.
“We are proud of the time and energy we invested in making our headquarters building a special place for our employees, and Gensler was the obvious choice to bring our vision to life,” said Vincent J. Delie, Jr., Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of F.N.B. Corporation and its banking subsidiary, First National Bank (FNB). “We welcome all tenants and employees to this exceptional environment.”
The new office will provide a collaborative environment for Gensler’s Pittsburgh employees, which will now be immersed in a building designed to support today’s modern workforce.
“Bringing the FNB Financial Center to life was a project driven by a passion for Pittsburgh’s future,” said Carolyn Sponza, Gensler’s Pittsburgh Office Lead, Principal. “To now have our own team working from this space—experiencing the views, the natural light, and the amenities that our team so carefully considered during the design and realization process—is incredibly rewarding. It underscores our commitment to and belief in the revitalization of this historic neighborhood.”
“Gensler’s decision to relocate its Pittsburgh office to FNB Financial Center is a powerful endorsement of the new building and the vision behind it,” said Chris Buccini, Founder of Buccini Pollin Group, the project’s developer. “Their years of collaboration with our team on transformational projects, combined with their leadership in designing future-focused workplaces, makes this an especially meaningful milestone. Gensler’s decision to build its regional home here signals the continued momentum of the Lower Hill District.”
