As Property Manager at The Residences at Mid-Town Park, Teresa encompasses many of our core values, especially operating as a team while having fun along the way! In January when the first snow storm hit Wilmington, Teresa brought in hot chocolate and donuts for the maintenance team to warm up after shoveling snow all morning. Teresa has also been extremely helpful in onboarding and training new assistant property managers. It’s clear Teresa cares about her teammates and takes pride in her job as she often refers new associates to work for BPG.
