Fifteen years ago, The Buccini/Pollin Group implemented the Neal Goldberg Spirit Award in memory of our late friend and coworker, Neal Goldberg. Neal was a good friend to many and remained committed to the company despite many challenges he faced with regards to his illness. Neal always showed a fun-loving spirit and was ready to assist anyone. Neal never complained nor did he let it affect his love and zest for life.

Neal demonstrated a resilience and strength that is worthy of being recognized and remembered, and it is because of this spirit and dedication that this award was created. In memory of Neal, this annual award goes to the individual who epitomizes the spirit and heart exhibited by Neal.

Please join us in congratulating BPGS Construction Project Engineer II De’Joun Lee as this 2021 recipient of the Neal Goldberg Spirit Award!

De’Joun is not only dedicated to his own job responsibilities, but he also works hard to provide a great work environment for those around him. His enthusiasm talking to students at career fairs, his charismatic interactions with coworkers, and the meaningful conversations he has brought to DIG are just a few glimpses of De’Joun embodying our core values. De’Joun is a passionate and energetic individual committed to building community, both as a Project Engineer with BPGS and as an integral associate of BPG, and he deserves this recognition!

We’d also like to acknowledge the runners up ResideBPG Property Manager Lori Regalado, BPGS Construction Superintendent Elliot Greer, and ResideBPG Maintenance Supervisor Mike Larkin.
