Teresa has been a great asset to the Residential team. In addition to being a rockstar at collecting rent, Teresa is loved by her onsite team and residents that live in the building. The Property Manager consistently has several residents stop him in the hallway to comment on what a great help she is and how well she fits in. Her customer service skills are incredible and she is always willing to help out at her sister properties when needed.
Teresa encompasses all of our core values and especially thrives at being passionate to aspire to be great and working closely with both the office staff and maintenance staff to operate as a team. We are so happy to call her a colleague and are proud to call her a teammate of ResideBPG.
