Congratulations Fredy Ramirez, Associate of the Month!

With great pride we announce that our June Associate of the Month is Fredy Ramirez! Fredy joined the BPG|360 team in the fall of 2015 as a Maintenance Technician working at 500 Delaware Avenue and 1105 North Market. Fredy has consistently demonstrated what the “BPG Experience” is all about and that everyone here is part of one big community, working towards a common goal.

In particular, Fredy is known for consistently having a positive and professional attitude, which helps set the mood for all of his teammates and our tenants alike. An example of this impact is captured in comments recently shared by a tenant at 1105 North Market. “Fredy is the nicest guy and always so helpful. Beyond being handy when needed, he always greets you with a smile and a hello, whether you see him in the building or outside. He represents what your company is all about!”
