Please join us in congratulation Residential Leasing Consultant Damair Wright as our June Associate of the Month!

Damair produces applications and smiles everywhere he goes. He is organized, ambitious, and a fantastic salesman. Damair lends a helping hand to The Residences at Mid-town Park prospects in the same warm positive manner that he did when he started with ResideBPG at The Residences at Harlan Flats. Damair was asked to transition from Harlan Flats and go to Midtown Park in February of this year to help increase occupancy. Since then, Midtown Park has reached a record high occupancy of 97.50% and has consistently met their Leasing goals.

Additionally, Damair is always willing to lend a hand in any way he can, in ways that go above and beyond the responsibilities of his title. His colleagues applaud his positive attitude and organization.

Just last month we received an email from a new resident who had worked with Damair through their leasing process. They had this to say, “We have looked at a number of apartments, since we are downsizing, and found good units, but nowhere a better agent than Damair. He represents your organization very well.”

Damair is a tremendous asset to our company, and we cannot wait to watch him continue to grow in our company. Congratulations Damair!
