Our very own Co-President, Chris Buccini had the honor of speaking at TEDxWilmington, The Meaning of Leadership on December 5th. He admitted that the process of writing a TEDX was challenging but reflective. “This forced me to sit down and really think about my personal narrative, from an early age to the present. Its taken me away from my day to day, and forced me to take a step back and reflect on my life. Friends had warned that it would be a lot of work, and they were right. But it’s been fun work!”
His program title was fitting, Leading a Team When Everyone Thinks You’re Crazy. Chris explained the challenges and rewards of his enormous goals that often seem unobtainable and the leadership techniques that help him and his team ultimately exceed them.
