Buccini Pollin Group (BPG) is proud to announce that co-founders Chris Buccini and Rob Buccini have been named honorees of the 2026 CEO and C-Suite of the Year program by the Delaware Business Times.

The annual recognition program highlights top executives across Delaware’s business and nonprofit sectors. Now in its sixth year, the awards are selected by an independent judging panel and recognize leaders who demonstrate strong business performance, innovation, and measurable community impact.

Since founding Buccini Pollin Group in 1993, Chris and Rob Buccini have been central to the transformation of Wilmington’s urban core through large-scale real estate development and long-term investment strategies. Their work has helped shape downtown Wilmington into a more active, connected, and residentially driven market.

One of the most significant examples of this impact is the Market West district in downtown Wilmington. The five-block redevelopment includes approximately 500 residential units and 200,000 square feet of commercial space, combining housing, office, and retail uses to support continued downtown growth and activation.

In addition to real estate development, BPG has expanded its platform in recent years to include residential property management and sports and event operations. Today, these divisions collectively support more than 10,000 events annually and attract millions of visitors across the region.

The recognition of Chris and Rob Buccini underscores their long-standing role in Wilmington real estate development and their continued commitment to building vibrant, sustainable urban communities throughout Delaware. Congratulations to Chris and Rob Buccini on being named 2026 CEO(s) and C-Suite of the Year.
