From complex buyouts and start-up activities, to managing warranty requests for nearly 300 completed apartment units, Ian seamlessly balances the demands of new construction with ongoing responsibilities.
Beyond his superintendent duties, Ian takes ownership of the details that keep projects running smoothly. These efforts speak to his commitment to excellence, his passion for serving our communities, and his care for the success of those around him.
