The I-495 Logistics Center will include a 127,600 SF warehouse as well as an attached 7,800 SF office. The warehouse will feature 46 dock doors and 40 drive-in bays. The 11.04 acre site is conveniently located along the recently renovated Route-13 in Delaware with immediate access to Interstate 495. In addition to the warehouse, the project will include final site development of paving and hardscaping for 96 car and 20 trailer parking spaces.
