Bracebridge Residential is an office to mixed-use residential conversion that will bring 202 studios to 2-bedroom market rate apartments to Downtown Wilmington.

The project will include Bracebridge I and Bracebridge III. Bracebridge I at 1100 N. King St. spans 372,000 square feet and has 573 parking spaces. Bracebridge III at 1100 N. French St. spans 145,000 square feet and has 704 parking spaces. 

The project is projected to be completed by the end of 2027.
