Bloom Energy is a fuel cell manufacturing center project located on the University of Delaware’s Star Campus in Newark, DE. The project included construction of a new single-story manufacturing building with a mezzanine level as well as an attached two-story building with mechanical, offices, and a visitors center/exhibition area. In addition to the building, the project also included final site development, final wearing course asphalt paving, concrete paving, hardscape, landscaping, and utilities and utility connections.
