OUR PEOPLE

Christopher Dillon is the Director of Security for Buccini Pollin Group. He is responsible for the overall strategy, leadership, and execution of security operations across the company’s real estate portfolio and communities we serve. This role ensures the protection of people, property, and assets while maintaining a welcoming environment for tenants, residents, employees, and visitors.  The Director develops policies, manages personnel and vendors, overseas risk mitigation, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support safe, secure, and well-managed properties and communities.

Prior to joining BPG, Christopher completed a 21 year career as a decorated Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. During his tenure, Christopher was stationed in Boston, FBI Headquarters, and Philadelphia Divisions in addition to overseas where he investigated numerous federal violations.

Christopher graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science.
