The BPG Experience: Winning and Competing Outside the Office

At Buccini Pollin Group, we believe that great work deserves great fun. Our recent Field Day event proved this point perfectly. It stands as a signature part of the overall BPG Experience. The day was packed with friendly competition and excellent team spirit. We shared many unforgettable moments outside the typical office setting, demonstrating our strong commitment to building a vibrant employee community.

Games, Glory, and Team Green

Associates enthusiastically traded in their desks for the athletic turf. They participated in a full afternoon of classic, competitive field games. The competition was fierce but stayed friendly throughout every event. Teams battled hard in several fun challenges. These included engaging soccer and basketball challenges. Precision putting tested the delicate touch of every player. The popular water balloon toss proved both messy and highly entertaining. Relay races tested overall team speed and coordination. They finished the day with the ultimate test of strength: Tug of War. The mighty Green Team took home the well-deserved bragging rights. They won the coveted 2025 Field Day championship title.

Celebrating Our All-Stars

Field Day is about more than just the final score, however. We recognize the outstanding spirit that makes BPG a truly special place to work. We honored several employees for their memorable contributions to the day.

Bob Bognet earned the esteemed Sportsmanship award.
Kevin Boatswain showed the Most Team Spirit throughout the entire afternoon.
Eileen Gex was deservedly named the Most Valuable Player (MVP).
Team Green won the overall championship.

We sincerely congratulate all the winners and participants. Every participating associate, especially volunteers, made the entire day a huge success for our organization and company culture.

The competition concluded with a fantastic reception for everyone. This gathering gave all attendees a chance to relax and celebrate a successful event. Employees enjoyed cocktails, refreshing drinks, and light snacks. They connected and unwound together after the highly action-packed day.
