The mission of the Delaware Apartment Association is to advance the rental housing industry through education, legislative and informational support, helping members to operate successfully while contributing to the community around them. Once a year the organization celebrates the best of the best throughout the entire state at the Best of Delaware annual awards celebration. - The Residences at Harlan Flats received 1st place for Leasing and Marketing Excellence, 2nd place for Maintenance Excellence, and 2nd Place for Overall Excellence
