Buccini Pollin Group’s Residential Management affiliate, ResideBPG, was named a Finalist in the 2024 National Apartment Association (NAA) Top Employer Awards. The award recognizes member organizations across the United States that foster environments of collaboration, innovation and hard work.
NAA Top Employers Awards pay tribute to management companies and suppliers from across the rental housing industry that have exceeded expectations in creating a culture that emphasizes growth and contribution. The awards are divided into four categories, one for suppliers and three for management companies. The management company categories are designated for small businesses of up to 100 employees, medium businesses with 101-500 employees and large businesses with more than 500 employees.
Employees determine the award winners and finalists in each of the categories through an anonymous satisfaction survey. The survey results are provided to all nominees to help organizations better understand and recognize employee sentiment.
“As we navigate the dynamic landscape of 2024, recruitment and retention remain top of mind throughout the rental housing industry,” said Bob Pinnegar, NAA president and CEO. “This year’s recipients of the 2024 NAA Top Employers Awards have gone above and beyond to cultivate exceptional workplace environments that value engagement and learning. I’d like to extend my congratulations and thanks to all of our winners and finalists for emphasizing the importance of investing in our most valuable asset –– our workforce.”
ResideBPG strives to exceed the expectations of residents, fellow associates, and the community 365 days a year. We are so proud to see our team’s efforts highlighted by the NAA. Please join us in congratulating all of our ResideBPG associates for this well-deserved recognition!
