As a Building Engineer for Market West, David has been a tremendous asset to the team and has truly stepped up over the past month. He played a crucial role for the BPG|360 team during our office move. He also volunteered to stay late on a Friday, assisting his colleagues, to get the job done. David went above and beyond to help JR and Mrs. Buccini with tasks requested of him, smiling the entire time. His teamwork and follow-through made a meaningful difference during a busy time.

David brings a constistently positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to help wherever he’s needed. He takes ownership of his projects from start to finish and handles unexpected challenges with a calm, can-do mindset. David shows up every day ready to support his colleagues, learn as much as he can, and contribute to the success of the team.

His positivity, reliability, and eagerness to grow make him an integral part of our organization and deserving of this recognition. Congratulations, David, on being named October Associate of the Month!
