Our associates are the heartbeat of our company and their hard work does not go unnoticed. At The Buccini/Pollin Group, we recognize an associate monthly. Based on the core principles of customer satisfaction, teamwork, community service and hard-work, the “Associate of the Month” is designed to recognize and reward associates who go above and beyond in completing their job duties and representing BPG.
Examples of behaviors which exemplify an “Associate of the Month” are associates who demonstrate an outstanding effort in assisting their teammates, provide above and beyond service to a customer, or dedicate their time to exceptional community service.
Congratulations to Travis Taylor, Residential Maintenance Technician nominated for associate of the month in January! Travis has been a part of the MKT team for one year and has made a huge impact on operations since he started. During times that we were short-staffed, Travis stepped up and took on the responsibility of the property. His hard work and passion towards the job is evident in his attitude and work product. We are truly lucky to have Travis as part of the team on Market Street!
