Congratulations to Sarah Gotthold, 2025 Neal Goldberg Award Recipient

At BPG, we believe an organization thrives when its associates do. We celebrate hard work year-round and close out each year with our annual holiday party.

This year, Associates from all departments and affiliate companies came together in celebration of our successes and shared accomplishments. The celebration was hosted at HOTEL DU PONT, in the Gold Ballroom, one of Wilmington’s most elegant and historic venues. The night featured door prizes, catered dinner, as well as a dessert table and open bar.

The highlight of the gathering was the announcement of the 2025 recipient of the Neal Goldberg Spirit Award. This year we are proud to announce Marketing Project Manager Sarah Gotthold as the recipient of this coveted honor!

Eighteen years ago, Buccini Pollin Group implemented the Neal Goldberg Spirit Award in memory of our late friend and coworker. Neal demonstrated a resilience and strength that is worthy of being recognized and remembered, and this annual award goes to an individual who epitomizes the spirit and heart exhibited daily by Neal.

Sarah is a model associate whose dedication, professionalism, and heart truly embody the spirit of the Neal Goldberg Spirit Award. In her four years at BPG, she has consistently exceeded expectations, delivering exceptional work even under tight timelines and challenging budgets. What truly sets Sarah apart is her attitude and her commitment to our culture. She is respectful, positive, and personable in every interaction. She supports her peers by offering guidance, taking time to train others, and stepping in wherever needed often without being asked. Her instinct is always to do what’s right for the team and the company. She lives our Core Values daily and Sarah’s impact is felt companywide. She is motivated to make a difference, operates with integrity, and brings both steadiness and spirit to everything she does. Her dedication and genuine care for others make her an associate who not only gets the job done but makes BPG better in the process.
