Across all our commercial properties, snow removal is generally contracted as to not pull the maintenance teams away from tenant services. The BPG|360 maintenance team who is responsible for Foulkstone Plaza stepped up to the plate to assist with reducing our operating expenses when the major tenant for the site when dark during COVID and greatly impacted the income for the site. The team consisted of members across several office properties including Alejandro Velazquez, Aris Kufasimes, Ed Bogia, Josh Gentry, Juan Jackson, Brian Winterringer, Brian Twitchell, and Donnell Ricketts.
Their efforts throughout the winter enabled BPG to save over $50,000 in operating expenses on snow removal alone in the first quarter of 2022.
Without their contributions and hard work, the impact to the site could have caused financial hardships to meet the monthly expenses for the property.
