Jade is truly a pleasure to work with and an invaluable member of the team. Her cheerful, positive energy is contagious, and she consistently brings that same attitude to everything she does.
Jade has a strong ability to manage competing priorities and keep things moving, even when everything coming her way feels “urgent.” She has become a trusted point of contact for subcontractors, who know they can rely on her to be responsive, helpful, and solutions-oriented when questions arise, especially around payments.
Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Jade is always looking for ways to support her teammates. She regularly steps in to lend a hand, often before being asked, when she sees someone feeling overwhelmed. Her willingness to go the extra mile and her team-first mindset make a meaningful impact on those around her.
Jade has also taken on additional responsibilities to continue growing her skillset. She stepped up to learn the project accounting function and now serves as the lead project accountant for the Brandywine Zoo and Kirkwood Sports projects, all while continuing to excel in her role as an AP Specialist. Her drive to learn and take on new challenges speaks volumes about her commitment to both her personal growth and the success of the team.
