Announcement marks downstate expansion for the sports management firm

BPG|SPORTS unveils exciting 2026 tournament lineup

WILMINGTON, DE – [February 9, 2026] – BPG|SPORTS, Buccini Pollin Group’s affiliated sports management firm, today announced it signed an agreement with Softball World LLC to manage and operate Sports At The Beach (SATB), a premier tournament destination for youth travel baseball teams, in Georgetown, Delaware.

The state-of-the-art facility features 16 natural grass baseball fields with the capacity to host up to 100 teams and 10,000 visitors. Designed to be a fan- and family-friendly complex, SATB also boasts three concession stands, picnic areas and pavilions, pro shop and welcome center, youth playgrounds, eight basketball courts, catch-and-release fishing ponds, and more. All fields feature HiCast live-streaming cameras to expand digital reach and fan engagement.

The announcement coincides with the release of the 2026 spring and summer tournament schedule featuring opportunities for all age divisions.

As part of the management agreement, BPG|SPORTS plans to implement significant upgrades to the site’s infrastructure, facilities, and playing surfaces over the next several years. Titus Baseball Academy will also be introduced as the organization’s premier training and player development partner.

The addition of SATB to the BPG|SPORTS portfolio marks the firm’s expansion into southern Delaware. BPG|SPORTS also manages Chase Fieldhouse, a 161,000-square-foot facility home to the 76ers G League Delaware Blue Coats in Wilmington, and Kirkwood Sports Complex, a 65-acre multi-sports facility in New Castle.

Across all its facilities, BPG|SPORTS hosts more than four million visitors per year and over 10,000 events, driving an annual estimated economic impact of more than 300 million.
