“Since 2000, Buccini Pollin Group has conducted a remarkable transformation of Wilmington’s downtown, constructing more than 1,900 apartments in downtown Wilmington as of October, according to Executive Vice President Michael Hare.
Over the next couple of years, well over 500 apartments will likely be added to that tally. In October, Wilmington-based developer BPG broke ground on a new high-rise at the former site of The News Journal at Eighth and Orange streets.”
