“The Buccini/Pollin Group is pushing forward a plan to build a new 900-space garage and concert venue on the former 28-acre arena site in the Lower Hill and they’re proposing some major changes to do it.
At a meeting hosted by the Hill District Collaborative and the Hill District Consensus Group at the Energy Innovation Center Monday night, the development team for the former Civic Area site presented its updates for Lot E that’s part of the larger Lower Hill master plan.
It’s a project expected to help build on the 26-story FNB Financial Center under construction now, providing a source of parking as well as financing for the rest of the development along with an entertainment draw.”
