The Buccini/Pollin Group completed a 3,400 SF clubroom and fitness center at 500 Delaware Avenue.
The space includes a large corner conference room overlooking Delaware Avenue and coworking lounge with private booths for individual work. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, filtered water fountain, microwave, and dishwasher in addition to a large working island with charging outlets. Tenant also have access to a grab-and-go vending marketplace with easy self-checkout. The fitness center is appointed with state-of-the-art equipment and adjacent to two gender neutral private bathrooms with showers and changing area. An open-ceiling is featured throughout the space as well as floor-to-ceiling windows and custom millwork.
