Historic elements have been preserved throughout the building, including the DuPont Company boardroom, which now serves as a resident lounge. The opening of 101 dupont place marked the first time in the building’s 113-year history that residents could call this iconic downtown landmark home, continuing its legacy as a centerpiece of Wilmington’s urban landscape.
The campus integrates premier office spaces and professional environments at 1000 N West, 221 W Tenth, 1105 N Market and the Dupont Building. Tenants of Market West are able to enjoy The Brandy Club, a 6,000 SF amenity space on the ground floor of 1000 N West featuring a 12-foot video wall, a grab & go marketplace, three conference rooms, a tiered seating area, and private work booths. At 221 W Tenth the building is undergoing the final phase of renovations which includes a new ground floor game room and golf simulator as well as significant improvements to the on-site boutique gym, CoreTen Fitness.
