Spark’d Creative Pastry has opened its second Wilmington location inside the historic HOTEL DU PONT, adding a new local business to the landmark property’s ground-floor offerings.
Located just off the hotel lobby, the new bakery was designed by Philadelphia-based Stokes Architecture & Design and serves Spark’d’s pastries, coffee and sweet treats from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to noon on Saturday and Sunday. The original Spark’d location remains open inside Wilmington’s iconic I.M. Pei Building.
The new location brings an established Wilmington business into HOTEL DU PONT while adding another amenity for hotel guests, visitors and the surrounding community. Its presence contributes to the continued activity and evolution of one of the city’s most recognizable properties.
BPG is pleased to welcome Spark’d Creative Pastry to HOTEL DU PONT and looks forward to seeing the local business continue to expand its presence in Wilmington.
