Bracebridge Residential is an upcoming office to mixed-use residential conversion that will bring 220 studio, one- and 2-bedroom market rate apartments to Downtown Wilmington.
The project will include Bracebridge I and the attached parking garage. Bracebridge I, located at 1100 N. King St. spans 372,000 square feet and has 573 dedicated parking spaces.

- Pickleball court
- Resident Lounge
- Concierge
- Roof deck
- On-site parking
The project is projected to be completed by the end of 2027.
ResideBPG will handle leasing and property management.
