DCAD Residential is an upcoming full conversion of the former Delaware College of Art and Design building into a 44-unit multifamily community designed by Philadelphia architecture firm, DIGSAU. The project will highlight the building’s Art Deco architectural character, reflecting its original construction in 1932 for the Delaware Power and Light Company. DCAD Residential will also mark another historic renovation project for BPG and its partners.
The community will feature a mix of studio and 1-bedroom units.
