Rob Bucher, BPG|360 Maintenance Technician, joined the company in February 2025 and has quickly become an integral part of the team. Since then, Rob’s growth has been especially noticeable, both in his technical knowledge and in the confidence he brings to the job every day.
Rob has become the go-to maintenance technician at One Tower Bridge, frequently handling the demands of a very high-expectation clientele, often on his own. He approaches every situation with professionalism, skill, a positive attitude, and always with a smile. It’s no surprise that both the team and the tenants genuinely enjoy working with him.
What truly sets Rob apart is his eagerness to learn. He isn’t afraid to take on equipment or challenges that are unfamiliar. Instead, he researches, asks questions, and finds solutions to the real-world problems we face daily. Having someone like Rob, someone who brings curiosity and a great attitude, helps us navigate even the most challenging situations.
Rob is also the first to raise his hand to help a teammate or step in when coverage is needed. His work ethic, reliability, and impact at One Tower Bridge speaks for itself. Congratulations, Rob, on being named December Associate of the Month!
