Pretty Eddie’s is a new neighborhood market and grocery story, serving Downtown Wilmington. It offers fresh produce, deli meats, pantry staples, and local products from small businesses around the city and region. It was built with the active participation of the neighborhood through surveys and feedback. Communication was critical in shaping the store’s product mix to ensure the market evolves alongside the community’s needs and provides a unique and personal shopping experience.

Pretty Eddie’s also marks a significant milestone for BPG as the first BPG owned, developed, and operated grocery store.

The store directly reflects our mission to strengthen Downtown Wilmington by transforming underutilized spaces into essential amenities that support a vibrant live, work, and play environment.
