“The global agriculture technology company is taking occupancy of 44,000 square feet on two floors at the 18-story 1000 N. West building, part of Buccini Pollin Group’s Market West campus.”
“The 413,000-square-foot building at 1000 N. West St., formerly known as the Brandywine building, will be 93% occupied with the addition of Corteva, a Buccini Pollin Group spokesperson said.”
“Buccini Pollin Group founder Chris Buccini said the lease justifies why the local developer has invested in modernizing office properties.
‘Corteva returning to its roots in downtown Wilmington at the former worldwide DuPont headquarters is an exciting moment — and it signifies the continued upward trajectory for the city.’ Buccini said in a statement.”
